Lesson of the Month: GRATITUDE

There are so many benefits of Gratitude and they all trace back to happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. People feel and express gratitude in multiple ways. This month we will be teaching our students about the importance and benefits of expressing Gratitude daily.
